Information processed for CV or career advisory purposes: retained for a maximum of 24 months from the date of the last service interaction, unless the individual requests earlier deletion.

VDBL Group takes reasonable and appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against loss, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. All communications with VDBL Group by email are handled through secured accounts.
While VDBL Group takes these precautions, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. In the event of a security compromise that affects the rights of data subjects, VDBL Group will comply with the notification obligations under POPIA s22.
